Queensland Interior Linings specialise in Aged Care new builds and refurbishments.
QIL plasterers and painters are currently working on fifteen self-contained units and a community centre.
Each unit contains a kitchen, dining, living, two bedrooms, WIR, a bathroom and ensuite along with a single car garage.
Queensland Interior Linings carpenters provided suspended ceilings before our plasterers entered site to install 10mm gyprock plasterboard.
Taping, setting and top coats applied. Featuring a beautiful 75mm linear coved cornice surrounding the perimeters of the ceiling to wall for an elegant finish.
The self-contained units are divided by a party wall, this enhances sounds between each unit to be minimal and providing privacy.
Queensland Interior Linings team of painters have sprayed and rolled using a three-coat system.
