If fixings have popped through old joists, we inspect the framing first. If the timber is sound, we can screw and glue the plasterboard back up, or strip it back and fix new sheets onto straight metal battens.
Can you create bulkheads for new ducted air conditioning?
Yes. We build timber or steel frames around the ducting and line them with plasterboard, setting the joins flat so the drop ties straight into your existing ceiling.
