If the plasterboard has sagged, gone soft, or pulled off the timber, it needs to come down. If it is only a dry, minor water mark with solid board behind it, we can seal the stain, skim the area, and sand it back flush.

We feather our base and top coats wide across the patch using multiple thin layers. Once sanded flat, the repair blends evenly into the old wall without visible bumps or ridges under light.
