How do you fix sagging ceilings in older timber homes?
If the board is still sound, we can often re-screw the sheets to the joists and re-set the joins. If the plasterboard is badly bowed or water-damaged, it is better to pull it down, level the battens, and hang fresh sheets.
Can you match existing decorative cornices during a renovation?
Yes. We source matching profiles where possible to blend repairs into existing rooms. If you are updating to square-set or modern cove, we make sure the join between old and new finishes neatly.
